I liked the location, it was perfect and right in the center. Rooms of this apartment were reasonably large, there is an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and central heating provided. The service I received was excellent too. Most importantly the staff were genuinely professional and very very helpful.

We were happy with the early check-in and the stunning location.

The apartment was fairly clean and located near to the tourist area and the style of the appartements. Overall the service was excellent! It was unbeatable close to city center.

Great location, near the Old Town Square. Excellent restaurant with delicious goulash below. Spacious, clean apartment with a big bathroom and separate toilet. Convenient amenities like a washing machine. Helpful with arranging airport transportation.

It's centrally located. We stayed in the family apartment and there was plenty of room for 5. However, the apartment is in desperate need of some refreshing. The furnishings were worn down and cheap. There was only one dingy couch to sit on in the living room. Worst of all was a disgusting sewage smell coming from the bathroom that spread through the apartment. There must be some serious sewage back up in the building. We had to hold a towel over our noses to use the bathroom, it was that bad.

Unless you like the smell of raw sewage, I would not recommend it.

The location of Old Town Residence was absolutely fantastic. Right in the heart of the tourist area, it made exploring Prague incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was also spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel near the Bethlehem Church in Prague. The location was perfect for exploring the old city center, with the Old Town Square just a short 2-3 minute walk away. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment, which was much bigger than I expected. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and the separate toilet was a nice touch. The restaurant below the hotel served excellent goulash, and the entrance to the apartment was through a charming garden courtyard. Communication with the hotel was easy via email, and they were very accommodating in arranging airport transportation for us. a fantastic stay!

The location is excellent. Pubs and restaurants very close, as are the sights of the Old City.

The check in is at a different hotel, which is stated in the description, however, it is very inconvenient, especially if arriving at night. I have never had to sleep on a bed before that did not have a mattress cover. It was horrendous. The mattress was low quality and all four of us had a horrible time sleeping.

The location was great.

The first problem was than you need to go to the Andel Prague 5 where is the office and then walk more than 30 minutes from office to the appartment. 2.Wasn't clean enough. 3.But the bigest problem is that the roomas are don't really look like the pictures on the booking site.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a spacious and clean room that comfortably accommodated our group. The location was perfect for exploring the tourist area, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast option could be improved with a wider variety of choices.
